Indeed, this site or rather this territory is fascinating by the diversity of its geological landscape. It is a unique and spectacular place that undoubtedly makes you want to see and explore.
The Grand Canyon is a sumptuous sculpture made by the only genius of nature. Carved out by the Colorado River, it stretches over 394 km among gigantic rocks and is 1,749 meters deep with a width varying from 7 to 29 km.
According to geologists, the formation of this earth fault dates back more than 40 million years.
Today, the canyon is considered one of the most wonderful natural masterpieces that can exist on the planet. It has also been listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1979.
