The head of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Karekin II, has already met with him to discuss cooperation between Eastern and Western Christians.

Léon XIV was interviewed for the first time by the journalist Elise Ann Allen (Crux), in a book entitled “Léon XIV: Léon XIV, citoyen du monde, missionnaire du XXIe siècle”.
This is the first official biography of the new pope, released on September 18, 2025 at Penguin Perú.
